However, the Mr. Beer brewmaster kit made a pleasantly surprising good batch of home brew on the first attempt. This was the American Devil IPA premium. I even “cheated” by only fermenting for 10 days and carbonated for 10 days where the instructions recommended 14 days for each. My connoisseur friends on this subject really enjoyed this IPA batch as well. That was the icing on the cake for me. So, I’m very excited to continue brewing with this kit.
